These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 12bd platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member") and 12bd ("the Platform", "we", "us"). Your continued use of the 12bd platform following registration constitutes your unconditional acceptance of all terms herein. If you do not agree to any provision, you must not register, access, or use the 12bd platform in any capacity.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use 12bd. Age verification is mandatory during the KYC process. Underage accounts are permanently suspended.
One Account Per Member
Each individual may hold only one active 12bd account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any associated balance or bonuses.
BDT Accounts Only
All 12bd accounts operate exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency conversion is applied on 12bd, and no multi-currency accounts are supported.
Terms May Be Updated
12bd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes. Continued use following notification constitutes acceptance.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the 12bd website at https://12bd.club, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them in full. Language of Agreement
These Terms & Conditions are written in English. English is the controlling language of this agreement. In the event of any translation of this document being produced for convenience, the English version shall take precedence in all matters of interpretation and enforcement.
Eligibility and Age Restriction
Strictly 18+ — No Exceptions
The 12bd platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions for persons under the age of 18 to gamble. 12bd actively enforces age restrictions through mandatory KYC verification and takes underage gambling prevention seriously. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be permanently closed immediately upon discovery.
To be eligible to register and use the 12bd platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
- You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
- You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
- You are not acting as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party in relation to your 12bd account.

Geographic Eligibility
The 12bd platform is operated with a primary focus on serving players based in Bangladesh. Members are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. 12bd does not provide legal advice on the gambling laws of any individual jurisdiction and accepts no liability for a Member's non-compliance with local laws. By registering, you represent and warrant that online gambling is not prohibited in the jurisdiction from which you access the platform.
Verification of Eligibility
12bd reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any Member at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification. Where verification confirms that a Member does not meet the eligibility requirements, the account will be closed and any balance may be forfeited in accordance with the provisions of Section 8 of these Terms & Conditions.
Account Registration and KYC
To access the full range of 12bd services, including deposits, withdrawals, betting, and casino gaming, you must create a registered account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent update is truthful and accurate.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
12bd operates a mandatory KYC verification programme for all accounts that seek to make deposits or withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of one or more of the following documents:

- Bangladesh Driving Licence (as supplementary identity only)
- Recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 90 days (as proof of address where required)
KYC documents must be submitted as clear, unobstructed digital photographs or scans. Edited, cropped, or otherwise altered documents will be rejected and may result in permanent account closure. 12bd aims to process KYC submissions within 24 hours during normal operating conditions. Complex cases may take up to 72 hours.
Single Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 12bd platform. Where 12bd identifies that a single individual holds multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — all associated accounts may be suspended, balances forfeited, and the individual permanently banned from the platform. Circumventing the single account policy in order to claim multiple welcome bonuses or exploit promotions constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 12bd login credentials. 12bd will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify 12bd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised. All activity conducted through your account prior to notification of a security breach remains your responsibility unless you can demonstrate that the activity was caused by a platform-side security failure.
Keep Your Login Details Private
Never share your 12bd username, password, or one-time passcode (OTP) with any third party. 12bd support staff will never ask for your password. If you receive any communication requesting your login credentials, treat it as fraudulent and contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 12bd platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 12bd does not apply currency conversion fees on any deposit or withdrawal. Deposit Requirements
All deposits must originate from a payment account or card registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. 12bd reserves the right to reverse any deposit it identifies as having originated from a third-party source and to require the Member to re-deposit using a verified personal payment method before funds are credited to the gaming balance.
Withdrawal Requirements
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 12bd account. Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. 12bd reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing withdrawal requests that exceed ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 within a rolling 30-day period.
Withdrawal Processing Times
bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during support hours (24/7, BST UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one Bangladesh business day. 12bd accepts no liability for delays caused by the Member's bank or mobile financial service provider. In cases where additional verification is required, processing times may be extended until verification is complete.
Dormant Account Fees
An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 12bd reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts. Members will be notified by email prior to the commencement of any dormancy fee. To reactivate an account and cease dormancy fees, the Member must log in and complete at least one transaction.
Bonus and Promotions Policy
12bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free-spin awards, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses issued by 12bd are subject to the general bonus conditions set out in this section, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this general bonus policy, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses awarded on the 12bd platform are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn as real funds. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion. Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:
- Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the account. Bonuses not wagered within this period will be forfeited without compensation.
- Only real-money wagers placed on eligible games contribute toward the wagering requirement. Bonus funds themselves do not contribute.
- Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games contribute at a reduced rate specified in the relevant promotion terms; sports betting contributions vary by market.
- Any withdrawal request placed while a bonus is active and its wagering requirement remains unfulfilled will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings. Real-money balance will be processed normally.
Bonus Abuse and Fraud
12bd employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using betting patterns that constitute low-risk hedging specifically to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, and coordinating with other members to exploit promotions. Members found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and their accounts may be permanently closed.
One Welcome Bonus Per Member
The 12bd welcome bonus is available to new members only and is limited to one claim per individual, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once — through a second account or any other mechanism — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in permanent account closure.
Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed on the 12bd platform are subject to the general rules set out in this section and to any specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. 12bd reserves the right to amend betting rules at any time. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet.
Sportsbook Rules
A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the 12bd system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets accepted in error — including those placed after an event has commenced where in-play betting was not enabled, or bets placed on markets that were offered due to a technical error — may be voided at 12bd's discretion. 12bd is not liable for any bets that were not successfully registered in the system, regardless of the displayed confirmation status on the Member's device.
- Minimum single bet: ৳50
- Maximum payout per bet slip: as displayed in the bet slip at time of placement
- In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice
- 12bd reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any Member at any time without providing a reason
- Suspected match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of event manipulation will result in bet voiding and account closure
Casino and Slots Rules
All casino games offered on the 12bd platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent testing laboratories. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and disclosed in the game's information panel. 12bd does not modify or influence game outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the Member's device and the result recorded on the 12bd server, the server result shall be deemed correct and final.
Malfunction Policy
In the event of a game or system malfunction, 12bd reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund the staked amounts to Member balances. A malfunction includes software errors, hardware failures, network outages, and any other technical failure that affects the integrity of game outcomes. 12bd is not liable for any losses or disruptions arising from malfunctions caused by the Member's own device or internet connection.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 12bd platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.
Fraudulent Activity
Using stolen payment methods, providing false identity information, submitting forged KYC documents, or engaging in any form of financial fraud in connection with a 12bd account.
Automated Betting Tools
Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets or interact with the platform in place of genuine human activity.
Money Laundering
Using the 12bd platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other financial crime. 12bd is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
Collusion and Chip Dumping
Colluding with other players at live casino tables or in any poker product, including deliberately losing funds to another player (chip dumping) to circumvent bonus wagering requirements or transfer funds between accounts.
Exploiting Technical Errors
Deliberately exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or technical malfunction on the platform to gain an unfair financial advantage. Members who discover a technical error are obliged to report it to support immediately.
Third-Party Account Use
Allowing any third party to access or operate your 12bd account, or operating a 12bd account on behalf of any third party. All account activity must represent genuine personal gambling by the registered account holder.
Account Suspension and Closure
12bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is suspected. The following provisions apply to account suspension and closure.
Voluntary Closure by the Member
Any Member may request the voluntary closure of their 12bd account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to the Member's verified payment account. Bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. Real-money balances will be returned to the Member's last verified payment method within five business days of the closure request being confirmed.
Closure by 12bd for Breach of Terms
Where 12bd closes an account due to a confirmed or strongly suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions — including but not limited to fraud, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 — any balance in the account, including both real-money and bonus funds, may be forfeited in its entirety. 12bd will provide written notification of the closure reason to the Member's registered email address, subject to any legal restrictions on disclosure.
Self-Exclusion and Responsible Gaming Closures
Members who apply a self-exclusion period through the responsible gaming tools available in the account settings, or who request a responsible gaming closure through support, will have their account access suspended for the requested duration. During a self-exclusion period, all marketing communications will be suspended and the Member will not be permitted to re-register or access any 12bd service. Effect of Closure on Outstanding Bets
Any bets placed and confirmed prior to account closure will be settled in accordance with standard betting rules. Winnings from bets settled after an account closure initiated by 12bd for breach of terms may be withheld pending investigation. Winnings from bets settled after a voluntary or responsible gaming closure will be credited to the Member's verified payment account upon settlement.
